Terms of Service
Effective date: November 7, 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of limitlesschiropractor.com and the services of Limitless Chiropractor Marketing LLC ("we", "us"). A signed agreement between us and a clinic controls where it differs from these terms.
2. What we do
We are an advertising agency. We run Meta advertising for chiropractic clinics, with the CRM, texting and landing page that go with it. We do not practice chiropractic, provide health care or give medical advice. Each clinic is responsible for the care it provides and for the claims made about it.
3. Offers and the guarantee
The offer described on this site, including the 30 new patients in 90 days promise, the conditions it depends on and what happens if it is missed, is set out in full in the clinic's signed agreement. Where this site and the agreement differ, the agreement applies. Ad spend is paid by the clinic directly to Meta and is not refundable by us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, try to get into our systems without permission or harm the site.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its original content belong to Limitless Chiropractor Marketing LLC.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including the market, the clinic's offer, how quickly leads are called and the policies of advertising platforms. Apart from what a signed agreement says, we do not promise any particular result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability to a clinic for any claim will not exceed the fees that clinic paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Text messages
By giving us your mobile number you agree we may text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
